Text Box: Robert F. Mumford Robert Mumford entered private practice in 1993 after serving as a Superior Court Judge and District Attorney of the Rockdale Judicial Circuit. Mr. Mumford currently serves the citizens of the 95th District as their State Representative. Albert A. Myers III Albert A. Myers III is the former Public Defender for the Rockdale Judicial Circuit and has been in private practice since 1995. Mr. Myers is a graduate of the University of Georgia Law School. Mr. Myers has extensive litigation experience and has successfully represented numerous personal injury clients resulting in settlement. Warren S. Summers Warren Summers retired after spending thirty years in the law enforcement profession where he served as the Chief Investigator for the Rockdale District Attorney’s Office and the Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office. Mr. Summers entered private practice in 2006.
